Before scheduling: Full refund
Within 48 hours of session: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund
Upgrade credit: Full $150 can be applied to AI Full Blueprint Kickoff or AI Collaboration Hub within 30 days
AI Full Blueprint Kickoff ($350)
Before scheduling: Full refund
Within 72 hours of session: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund
Upgrade credit: $200 can be applied to any subscription within 60 days
AI Skills Workshop ($450)
More than 7 days before: Full refund
3–7 days before: 50% refund
Less than 3 days: No refund
Reschedule: 1 free reschedule with 72+ hours’ notice
Upgrade credit: 50% can be applied toward the Collaboration Hub within 30 days
🔁 Subscription Services
AI Collaboration Hub ($600/month or $6,120/year)
Monthly:
3-month minimum commitment
Cancel after 3 months with 30 days’ notice
No refunds for partial months
Annual:
Non-refundable after 30 days
Within 30 days: prorated refund minus 3 months' value
Downgrades available at renewal
AI Transformation Program ($1,050/month or $10,800/year)
Same terms as above (3-month minimum, 30-day cancellation, no partial refunds, prorated annual policy)

Unused time cannot be refunded or carried over
